Describe the GoPro HERO Session Camera
You guys know I love the outdoors, and a lot of my posts cover hillwalking, exploring Scotland and swinging from trees. So after I booked a trip to Croatia, I knew I wanted to do water sports. And if you do water sports… you need to an action camera to your travel gear! Cue my hunt on Amazon for a cheap alternative to a GoPro.
I never knew I was obsessed with travel and travelling until I first went to Singapore and Malaysia back in 2012. Now I’m absolutely addicted and there is no cure for it. You just need to indulge yourself, and I’m happy with that. There are a number of reasons that influence my decision to travel. Money and time might always be on my side but the reasons below are so much stronger than convenience. It’s easy to say oh I can only afford this or I only get weekends off work. But travelling can be so much more than going abroad. Why not visit a part of your country or city that you’ve never visited before? Here’s why I travel and some reasons why you should too.
I never thought I would be sitting down to write a blog post combining Pokemon Go and travel, but here we are! This idea first popped into my head when I started to realise how much more I was getting out the house after work. Usually I would come home, do some housework, make dinner, blog a little and then go to bed. Now I’m wandering around parks and streets I never even knew existed in my local area…all because of Pokemon Go.
I tried writing one of these posts out a few months ago, but felt I didn’t know enough bloggers to tag them. I always love reading these type of posts as well, they’re a quick and easy way to get to know your favourite bloggers/Twitter followers. Hopefully by the end you will get a sense of my personality and likes/dislikes 🙂

Although I had traveled to New York without my parents when I was only 18, living in Asia was a massive culture shock and one that I welcomed with open arms. I was excited to lose myself for a while (or find myself?), let go of my normal responsibilities and splurge the money I had saved on buckets of cocktails, remote island boat trips and full-moon parties. However, with my excitement of letting loose, I had totally forgot to research what is was actually like to live in Asia!
